How much does it costs?

A Photography by Wilson Senior Photo Shoot starts at $400 which includes a 2-hour session, multiple outfit changes, 1 - 2 locations (depending on locations), basic blemish removal, (1) 8X10, (2) 5X7, (2) 4X6, (16) wallets, and all digital copies (web sized low-res). A la Carte and high-resolution digital photos are also available.

When should I get my Senior Photos done?

It is recommended to do your senior portraits the summer after your junior year, when you are officially a SENIOR! However, Photography by Wilson can do senior portraits whenever is convenient for you. Sessions are available for booking seven days a week.  We can discuss dates/times that will work for both of us.

How long does this process take?  

From start to finish, the process for a senior photo session takes approximately two to three weeks.
* The session lasts approximately 2 hours
* Within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive an email with a link to your gallery with your photos 
* You will receive your order approximately 1-2 weeks after purchase 

How do I order my photos?  

After the session, you have two options for ordering!
 
In person ordering sessions, where we will meet in person and I will guide you through the ordering process. We will go over your online gallery so you can view your images and place your order.  
 
OR
 
You can order your images from the online gallery yourself. Just like ordering on Amazon. Your family and friends can also purchase images from your session through the online gallery. The online gallery will display the images from the session and you will have access to easy ordering of prints and canvases! All major credit cards are accepted. 

Do you require a sitting fee fee?  

Yes, Photography by Wilson requires a $100 sitting fee due at the time of the photo shoot. The fee is applied toward the total session cost.

What if I need to re-schedule?  

Things happen, that’s life! If you need to reschedule your session, that is completely fine. I will find a date that works for both of us. Photographer by Wilson has the right to reschedule an outdoor session due to inclement weather.

Where do you Print your prints/canvases/albums, etc.  

All printing through Photography by Wilson is done through a professional print lab that is calibrated to our printers to insure that our clients receive only the highest quality products.

Do you give images on CD/USB?

No, images are not put on a CD/USB; however, you will receive a code to download ALL low-resolution images from your online gallery. The digital images are perfect for email and social media accounts. Photography by Wilson can not guarantee the look and quality of prints from other labs.

Do I need order forms? How does this work?

No order forms required. A day or two after the event,  Photography by Wilson will begin to upload the edited photos. Visit www.photographybywilson.pixieset.com  periodically and look for your photos. The photos are split up by event gallery and by school, so your photos are easy to find. From there, you will be able to purchase prints or digital copies of your photos. 

I don't want to check the website everyday, can I get notified when my group's photos are uploaded?

Yes! If you don't want to check the website periodically, you can sign-up during the event and Photography by Wilson will notify you when your group's photos are uploaded. Don't forget to print legibly. Photography by Wilson will also post updates on Facebook and Instagram when photos are uploaded. 

How do I order my photos?

You order your images from the online gallery. You make a purchase similar to ordering on Amazon. Select the photo, choose the print size, or digital, or both. Add your personal info and checkout. Your family and friends can also purchase images from your event through the online gallery. All major credit cards are accepted. 

Will you get a photo of my performer?

As much as Photography by Wilson attempts to photograph everyone, it is nearly impossible. The type of show, size of the group, location of performer, facial expression, all determine if a photo is taken.  There are no pre-orders or forms to fill out. It is always FREE to look and see if a photo was taken of your performer. 

When will the photos be uploaded?  

Depending on the size of the show, the photos should be uploaded between 7 and 21 days after the event. Photography by Wilson goes through every single photo taken, determining which ones will be uploaded. He then goes through every single one of those and edits them. It is a long process. 

Who prints your photos?  

All printing through Photography by Wilson is done through a professional print lab that is calibrated to our monitors to insure that our clients receive only the highest quality products

Is there a minimum?

Most events require a 2-hour minimum; however, there are some exceptions. Contact me for details.

Are prints included?

Prints are not included, but they can be added a la carte.
